Sales Executive Support Manager

This role requires a professional who can manage administrative tasks while assisting in Sales and Marketing strategy execution, content management, and client engagement. This is fully remote position and is open, not just those based in Metro Manila. Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism
• Manage the enquiry pipeline, tracking incoming leads and client requests
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring consistent follow up
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure enquiries are properly assessed, actioned and progressed
• Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records ensuring all client interactions and pipeline status, follow ups and conversion progress
• Assist with the execution of Sales and marketing initiatives
• Assist with client engagement activities and maintain professional communication with prospective and existing clients
• Track and report on relevant Sales and Marketing activities, lead and outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service and general administrative roleA confident and well-articulated telephone style
• Experience in a sales role
• Knowledge of a variety of cloud-based computer systems highly regarded
• Ability to learn new computer systems. Being tech savvy is a must
• Marketing experience would be valuable
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Advanced Microsoft office skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload
