Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Implementation & Product Manager to lead the successful delivery of client implementations while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and business stakeholders to improve and evolve our SaaS platform.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that combines client-facing implementation leadership, project management, product management, business analysis, and SaaS delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a SaaS, staffing, recruiting, HR technology, ATS/CRM, or related technology environment and understands both client business needs and software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating client requirements into effective implementation solutions while identifying opportunities to improve the product, workflows, and overall client experience.

Experience with Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ATS platforms is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Project Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, launch, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation and project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent client implementations and projects while ensuring priorities remain aligned with client and business objectives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, project meetings, status meetings, and implementation reviews.
• Define implementation objectives, success criteria, deliverables, and project timelines.
• Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), project specifications, requirements documentation, implementation plans, and other project artifacts.
• Coordinate configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and launch activities.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, dependencies, and issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation, impact assessment, and stakeholder approval.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports covering milestones, risks, issues, deliverables, and next steps.
• Ensure successful handoff from implementation to Support, Customer Success, and ongoing Product engagement.

Product Management

• Act as a bridge between clients, Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Identify recurring client requests, workflow challenges, product gaps, and opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Evaluate enhancement requests based on business value, client impact, technical feasibility, urgency, and strategic alignment.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define features, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and product specifications.
• Contribute to product roadmap and prioritization discussions based on client feedback, business objectives, and market needs.
• Maintain visibility into the status of product enhancements and communicate relevant updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Help ensure that new features and enhancements address underlying business problems and provide measurable client value.
• Participate in product discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning as appropriate.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on client workflows, implementation requirements, and industry-specific use cases.
