About the role
Responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s petroleum and energy products and services. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients. Promote and sell the company’s petroleum, fuel, and related products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct client visits, presentations, and product discussions as needed. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents. Negotiate with clients regarding pricing, terms, and other business requirements. Monitor sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment of client requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and account status. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management. Perform other sales-related duties that may be assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development. Experience in the petroleum, fuel, oil and gas, or energy industry is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to conduct field/client visits. Strong presentation and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic business applications. Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities. With a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
