Field Sales Representative

The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent fieldwork and client engagement. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who spends the majority of time in the field to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and expand market coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork to identify and qualify potential clients within assigned areas
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and on-ground prospecting
• Conduct product presentations and offer solutions based on client needs
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines
• Close sales and convert prospects into active customers
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular visits
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Submit Daily Sales Activity Reports and provide weekly and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Follow assigned territory coverage plan and maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
