DATA ENCODER

TASK DESCRIPTION:Gathering, consolidating, and validating daily operational data from Warehouse and Distribution teams.

• Preparing and maintaining accurate and updated reports and dashboards for management review.
• Assisting in data analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential process improvements.
• Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all logistics-related data.
• Supporting report automation and continuous improvement initiatives in data management.
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks assigned by the Logistics Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of company operational and customer data.JOB SPECIFICATION:Preferably not more than 25 old. Education: Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. Experience: Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in data encoding, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, or data analysis. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and other data management tools

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling; Good communication and coordination skills. Adaptability: Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
