Key Responsibilities

Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers in the HVAC&R, refrigeration, cold storage, and industrial sectors. Promote refrigerants including R134a, R410A, R32, R404A, R407C and other related products. Identify and develop distributors, dealers, contractors, and end-users. Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical and commercial support. Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and industry trends. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on orders and payments. Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Participate in industry exhibitions, customer seminars, and marketing activities.
