About the role
THE JOBWe are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our South Luzon motorcycle sales team and drive sales growth across the region. The position is responsible for achieving motorcycle sales targets through the territorial development and management of dealer accounts, including both exclusive and multi-brand dealers. The role will formulate and implement sales strategies and programs that support sustainable business growth within the assigned area. The Regional Sales Manager will also identify and develop sales opportunities and strategic partnerships with product dealers to strengthen market competitiveness, expand business opportunities, and contribute to overall profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and direct the South Luzon Region sales team in achieving motorcycle sales targets. Develop and manage dealer accounts, including exclusive and multi-brand dealers, within the assigned territory. Formulate and implement sales strategies and programs to drive sales and sustain business growth. Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with dealers. Strengthen dealer relationships and support the development of the assigned territory. Monitor sales performance and take appropriate actions to address gaps and achieve targets. Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to improve their performance and capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any business-related course. At least 10 years of solid experience in sales management, preferably with exposure to corporate or territorial sales. Experience in the automotive, consumer durables industry or a manufacturing environment is an advantage. Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of effectively directing a sales team toward target achievement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive business relationships. Capable of effectively training, coaching, and developing subordinates. Results-oriented, highly analytical, and possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
