In-house Sales Manager

Job Description: The In-House Sales Manager has the primary responsibility of delivering the annual sales target/quotas defined by management for the internal sales channel. Provides leadership to the internal sales organization and counsel to the Head of Sales of Real Estate Operations in implementing internal sales organization objectives that reflect the company's business goals. Secondary: Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the internal sales organization. This would include setting up, directing, and managing the selling and leasing activities of Pontefino Estates/Fino Property Ventures Inc./ Creative Hotel Concepts, Inc. It shall also be the In-House Sales Manager's responsibility to conceptualize, develop, implement, and manage the sales plans, recruitment, training, and support related to internal operations.
