Managing Head, Sales Planning & Strategic Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our product planning, brand communications, and sales planning divisions for an established industry pioneer in the Philippine automotive sector. Operating as the central leader across these units, this executive will hold overall accountability for aligning our vehicle pipelines and brand messaging. This role will ensure that our long-term product roadmaps and brand equity are strongly supported by effective sales planning and budget management. Qualifications:10+ years of experience in product management, brand management, or strategic marketing, including significant experience in a leadership capacity. Strong background in data analysis, market research, and strategic reporting. Proven ability to manage diverse teams and lead other managers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Experience in a leadership role, ideally within the automotive industry
