HR Assistant - Recruitment

This position is responsible for finding and attracting potential candidates for vacancies and pooling, through sourcing in the most efficient channels, shortlisting, and onboarding Team Leader, Cashier, Pump Attendant and Reliever. Job Description: Source the best candidates through identified efficient channels. Assess potential candidates and forwards those with a job fit to Stations training team. Update for vacant positions through close coordination with Stations department. Ensure staffing goals are met with an acceptable vacancy rate. Ensure that candidates completes their pre-employment requirements in the prescribed period. Follow a system of rigorous implementation of onboarding candidates. Ensure complete and accurate pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding. Prepare accurate Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) form. Assist new hires in TIN enrollment for first time employees. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or HR Management. At least 1-2 years experience in Recruitment. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
