In-House Customer Service Representative | Financial Account

Job Description: As a Specialist, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by providing timely resolutions to their queries. You will correspond with your customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as fraud investigation, collections, payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues. Qualifications: Must be willing to work onsite and in a environment that requires to 100% phone based customer interaction. Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the internet and maneuvering in a window based environment strongly preferred. At lease High School or Senior High School Graduate with at least 1 year BPO voice international work experience
