Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketing Associate supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of the company's digital marketing activities. The role focuses on creating engaging online content, managing social media platforms, supporting digital campaigns, and monitoring online performance to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Develop social media posts, captions, graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials. Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent content schedule. Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar. Monitor social media engagement, reach, traffic, and campaign performance. Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Support online promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure digital campaigns support business objectives. Monitor and respond to customer comments, inquiries, and messages when required.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role. Knowledge of major social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other graphic/video editing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented. Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics is an advantage. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
