Position Description

We are an architectural practice based in Singapore looking for an experienced Architect, Architectural Assistant, Architectural Designer, or Technical Support professional to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

The successful candidate will work closely with our architects to deliver architectural projects in Singapore, from concept design through statutory submissions and construction documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who are familiar with Singapore's architectural standards, regulatory requirements, and project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Assist architects in design development, planning, and project coordination.
• Prepare authority submission drawings and supporting documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with Singapore building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate revisions based on comments from clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Liaise remotely with architects and project consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Singapore or supporting Singapore architectural projects remotely from the Philippines.
• Good understanding of Singapore building regulations, codes, and statutory submission procedures.
• Experience preparing architectural drawings for Singapore projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch

Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit or BIM software is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
