You’ll coach, challenge, and elevate your team—while playing a critical role in the growth of a fast-moving digital marketing company. What You’ll OwnYou’ll lead with clarity, structure, and high standards by: Driving performance and productivity across your assigned Doer team

• Enforcing and optimizing KPIs across output quality, task completion, time & attendance, communication, and proactivity
• Conducting weekly 1:1 performance and coaching sessions to push continuous improvement
• Partnering closely with the Client Experience team to resolve escalations, concerns, or refunds swiftly and professionally
• Identifying performance gaps early and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and Doers
• Staying sharp on digital marketing trends and best practices to better guide and support your team

• Proven leadership experience, ideally managing remote teams or virtual assistants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical judgment
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus
• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Activ
