Field Sales Officer - South Luzon

Job Purpose

The Field Sales Officer – South Luzon is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new accounts and managing existing customers within the assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting the company’s automotive parts, generating sales, processing orders, monitoring deliveries and collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential distributors, dealers, retailers, automotive shops, and other prospective customers. Actively prospect and develop new clients to generate sales and expand market coverage. Promote automotive parts and recommend products based on customer needs. Conduct regular field visits and build relationships with prospective customers. Prepare quotations, secure orders, and ensure accurate order processing. Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for timely and complete deliveries. Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection. Achieve assigned sales, collection, and new account targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities. Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive parts, aftermarket, or related industry. Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills. Knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel extensively within Quezon Province, the Bicol Region, and other assigned areas.
