About the role

Key responsibilities
Reach out to prospective families and caregivers through calls, emails, and community channels. Explain program benefits, eligibility, and next steps for enrollment. Manage leads and applications within a CRM — Salesforce. Coordinate with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new families. Track outreach results, conversion rates, and engagement data. Sustain a high-volume call load of 50–70 calls daily.
About you
Open to candidates with any completed degree.A background in healthcare is preferred. Proven ability to comfortably manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50–70 calls daily). Demonstrated experience operating at a lead or senior level within customer service functions. Prior experience in sales or account management is considered a key advantage. Practical, hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
