Spanish-Speaking Medical Virtual Assistant

ELITE Resource Services is looking for an experienced Spanish-Speaking Medical Virtual Assistant (Med VA) to support our healthcare client with day-to-day administrative and patient coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with patient communication in English and Spanish
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Manage patient calls, messages, and follow-ups
• Update and maintain patient information in Tebra
• Assist with administrative and medical office tasks
• Coordinate with providers and office staff
• Support insurance verification and other front-office workflows as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

About you

• Fluent in Spanish and English both written and verbal
• Previous Medical Virtual Assistant experience
• Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers or medical practices
• Strong understanding of medical office workflows
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable handling patient information with confidentiality
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Medical VA / Medical Assistant experience
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency
