IT / Programmer

The IT / Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications, systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves programming, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining databases, and providing technical support to users.

Key responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal systems. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on business requirements. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software and system-related issues. Maintain and improve existing applications, databases, and IT systems. Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, network, and system concerns. Monitor system performance and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues. Manage and maintain databases, including data updates, backups, and basic database troubleshooting. Coordinate with different departments to understand system requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions. Assist in system testing, implementation, updates, and deployment of new applications or features. Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with company IT policies.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in programming, software development, or IT support. Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar languages. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Postgre

SQL.Basic knowledge of networking, computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting. Experience with web development, APIs, or system integration is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used IT tools.
