About the role
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies to improve product innovation and internal productivity.
- Develop rapid prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and lightweight applications using AI-assisted development tools.
- Build and maintain internal productivity and customer companion applications.
- Design workflow automations and API integrations using modern development platforms.
- Collaborate with the Product teams to transform business requirements into functional prototypes.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of new product ideas and recommend implementation approaches.
- Improve development processes, digital innovation initiatives, and experimentation through AI and automation.
- Maintain and continuously enhance AI-developed applications based on business needs.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the Company.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years’ experience in software development, automation, or AI-assisted development
- Experience building web apps, workflows, or productivity solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Chat
GPT, or GitHub Copilot
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
- Ability to quickly prototype business ideas into working solutions, with a passion for AI and emerging technologies
