Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, creating reports, and identifying trends and opportunities. You will work closely with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business operations. Analyze trends, patterns, and variances to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis and reporting solutions. Present findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates. Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from stakeholders. Identify opportunities to automate or improve existing reporting and data processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data requirements and reporting needs are met. Maintain proper documentation of reports, processes, and data definitions.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot

Tables, and data manipulation. Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
