Our client is a growing digital marketing agency based in Los Angeles that provides comprehensive social media management, content creation, and community management services to multiple clients. They specialize in helping brands grow their online presence across all major social media platforms and are expanding their team to support increasing client demand.

Job Description

You will take ownership of social media execution for multiple marketing clients, transforming their existing asset banks into engaging, on-brand content that drives results. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll manage day-to-day social media operations, stay ahead of platform trends, and produce content that resonates with diverse audiences. You'll work directly with the executive strategy team while having full autonomy over content creation, community management, and reporting.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm PST

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content using Canva and client asset banks including photos and videos
• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit for multiple clients
• Perform video editing to produce compelling short-form and long-form content
• Source and implement trending content ideas to keep client accounts relevant and engaging
• Handle community management including responding to comments and messages
• Build and deliver regular performance reports for clients showing key metrics and insights
• Stay current on social media industry standards, algorithm changes, and emerging platform features
• Collaborate with the executive team to execute approved strategies and campaigns

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media coordinator or similar role managing multiple client accounts
• Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation
• Demonstrated video editing skills with portfolio examples
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn best practices
• Ability to identify and leverage social media trends quickly
• Experience building social media performance reports
• Creative mindset with strong attention to visual detail
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Bonus if you have experience working with digital marketing agencies
• It helps if you're familiar with Reddit community management
• Bonus if you have experience in the Pacific time zone or working with US-based clients
