Nurse & Physical Therapist Deployment Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end deployment process of U.S.-bound Nurses and Physical Therapists. Oversee credentialing, licensing, documentation, petition, visa, and compliance requirements. Monitor candidate progress and ensure timely completion of deployment requirements. Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, U.S. employers, immigration partners, and credentialing agencies. Resolve deployment issues, delays, and incomplete requirements. Lead and monitor the deployment team and candidate pipeline. Maintain accurate deployment records, trackers, and status reports. Ensure compliance with company, client, immigration, and regulatory requirements. Provide candidates with clear updates and guidance throughout the deployment process. Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and turnaround time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in the deployment, recruitment, immigration, credentialing, or placement of Nurses and/or Physical Therapists, preferably for U.S. deployment. Strong understanding of the end-to-end U.S. healthcare professional deployment process. Experience handling Nurse and/or PT candidates, including credentialing, licensing, documentation, petition, and visa-related processes. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare staffing, international recruitment, or healthcare professional migration processes. Strong knowledge of documentation requirements and compliance procedures.3-5 years supervisory or managerial experience is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and resolve deployment-related issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and applicant/deployment tracking systems.
