Finance & Accounting Manager

Financial Management & Reporting: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and processes aligned with company objectives and business requirements. Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support business decisions and optimize financial resources. Provide management with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and identify significant variances, risks, and opportunities. Ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with applicable PFRS/IFRS and company accounting policies

Accounting, Tax, Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with BIR, SEC, and other statutory and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage BIR examinations, tax assessments, and other government audits, including coordination with external advisors and relevant internal stakeholders. Review tax computations, statutory filings, tax reconciliations, and other regulatory submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including preparation of audit requirements, resolution of audit findings, and implementation of agreed recommendations. Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize financial and operational risks. Monitor compliance with company policies, approval authorities, and established financial controls. Identify financial, accounting, tax, and operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting and financial records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. Any other ad hoc tasks request by Immediate Superior

• Job Requisition: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, budgeting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/NavisionStrong knowledge of accounting principles, PFRS/IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems, including Navision posting setup and financial processes
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
