About the role

Sales Manager

The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee showroom sales and operations, drive revenue growth, develop business opportunities, and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and high-value clients, with strong experience in sales management, business development, and client engagement, preferably with a background in architecture, design, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales operations and commercial activities of the new showroom. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets. Build the showroom's customer base and project sales pipeline from the ground up. Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the showroom sales team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals. Identify and pursue opportunities in high-end residential, commercial, and property development projects. Conduct client consultations, product presentations, and showroom demonstrations. Assist clients and design professionals in selecting products based on their project, design, and technical requirements. Build relationships with VIP and high-value customers and manage key accounts. Monitor sales leads, quotations, orders, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. Ensure excellent customer service and a premium showroom experience. Ensure product displays and showroom presentation are maintained according to luxury brand standards. Coordinate with Marketing and Operations on showroom events, product launches, promotions, and project requirements. Monitor market and competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management. Establish and maintain sales processes and standards for the new showroom.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 10 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Showroom, retail, project, or consultative sales experience is required. Experience in luxury or premium home appliances, kitchen systems, interior solutions, or architectural products is highly preferred. Strong understanding of architectural design, space planning, kitchen design, and residential projects. Proven experience working with architects, interior designers, property developers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. Professional, well-presented, and comfortable representing a luxury brand. Willing to learn and understand detailed product specifications and technical requirements. Willing to be permanently stationed at the new showroom and work on weekends as required.
