Sales Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Generate, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales data and reports. Support sales target setting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Analyze sales data, support target setting and performance tracking, and provide actionable insights, preferably with pharmaceutical industry experience. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Monitor sales performance against targets and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Perform data queries, updates, and analysis using SQL.Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation. Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, IT, and other stakeholders on reporting and data requirements. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve reporting processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, data governance standards, and ethical practices. Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot is an advantage. Working knowledge of SQL for data queries, database updates, and SQL script editing. Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation. Knowledge of data management and governance. Good document and file management skills. Soft Skills
