Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional working environment (Engineering/Technical preferred). Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other technical software tools. Strong ability to develop, prepare, and present technical analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and clients. Effective communication and presentation skills. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships are welcome to apply. Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensure solutions remain compliant with GxP, ICFR, and other regulatory requirements, while adhering to service levels and procedures. Conduct detailed engineering analysis and documentation. Respond to and manage technical and commercial customer inquiries. Support project start-ups by assisting in the development and configuration of application software for new customers. Participate in Earned Value Management activities, including developing work packages, allocating budgets, and identifying manpower resources. Conduct needs analyses for internal teams and external clients. Take part in internal proposal review meetings to support business development and project planning. Provide technical information and guidance on our range of products to both internal teams and external customers via phone or email. Collaborate with the sales team by offering technical and sales support during pre- and post-sales engagements.
