About the Role

You'll bring visual ideas to life across digital, print, and motion, supporting content and campaigns from concept to final output.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce visual assets across digital platforms, print, and presentations
• Create motion graphics, short-form video content, and basic video edits for social and campaign use
• Collaborate closely with the creative and accounts teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across client deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different client accounts
• Attend regular weekly team meetings and check-ins

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, or a related field (agency experience a plus)
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• A solid portfolio showing range across static design and motion/video work
• Good eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly
• Comfortable working independently while staying responsive to a fast-paced agency environment
• Based in or around Manila, able to attend in-person shoots, meetings, or work sessions as needed

Availability

• Core hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Required to attend weekly team meetings (schedule to be confirmed)

Setup

• Permalance arrangement (freelance basis with consistent, ongoing engagement)
• Rate based on experience and portfolio strength
• Hybrid work setup, with in-office days as needed for shoots, brainstorms, or client meetings
