About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre & Customer Service team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation of up to 32,000 PHP monthly. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. This role is pivotal in building customer loyalty and maintaining our reputation for excellence in service delivery. What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Providing product and service information to customers to support their decision-making
• Processing customer requests, orders, and transactions accurately
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality metrics
• Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines consistently
• Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialised teams when necessary
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues
• Participating in training and development programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge
