Junior Graphic Designer

This role involves assisting the Marketing Lead through organizational and administrative work for the company's various projects. You will develop effective campaign ideas by understanding prospective customers' preferences to drive leads and create awareness of internal and external projects aligned to business strategic goals. You will create assets to visually communicate and help the business achieve its objectives, working closely with the Creative Lead to develop and ensure consistency of the brand's visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Lead with organization and administrative work for the company's various projects
• Develop effective campaign ideas by understanding prospective customers' preferences to drive more leads and create awareness
• Develop creative ideas and concepts by studying relevant information and materials to choose appropriate media and style
• Create assets to visually communicate to help the business achieve its objectives
• Work closely with the Creative Lead to develop and ensure consistency of the brand's visual identity
• Refine and improve designs based on feedback from project leads and executives
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends and new innovations
• Perform research to come up with relative theme proposals for the company's various projects
• Plan and organize seasonal events such as Chinese New Year and Mooncake Festival
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, food and drink selection, live entertainment, photo and video coverage, and audio-visual equipment

About you

• Minimum one (1) year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, or equivalent experience in the field
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
