The Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator / Strategist with 2+ years of experience to help grow FRIDAY’s presence primarily across YouTube and Reddit.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging YouTube content around small business, hiring, payroll, accounting, and SaaS products.
• Develop product reviews, comparisons, tutorials, and educational content that resonate with U.S. business owners.
• Create strategic comparison content such as FRIDAY vs. Gusto or Xero vs. QuickBooks to drive organic search traffic.
• Build and grow an authentic Reddit presence within relevant business, accounting, hiring, and software communities.
• Naturally introduce and recommend FRIDAY when relevant while keeping content helpful, authentic, and non-spammy.
• Follow Reddit’s rules and community guidelines to maintain a strong account presence.
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve content strategy and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube and Reddit.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, rules, and community dynamics.
• Excellent American English communication skills and accent.
• Strong understanding of U.S. culture and the American small business audience.
• Experience with SaaS, payroll, accounting, HR, or business software is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
