Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Director with strong relationships within the architecture, design, construction and property sectors. The role will focus on generating new business, developing key accounts, identifying project opportunities and personally driving sales from prospecting through closing. Key responsibilities* Develop new business and major accounts* Generate project leads through industry relationships* Develop relationships with architects, designers, contractors and developers* Identify upcoming construction and renovation projects* Introduce Lightitude and its lighting solutions to decision makers* Secure opportunities for product specification* Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with the team* Personally manage major accounts and projects* Maintain a strong sales pipeline* Provide monthly sales forecasts* Build Lightitude’s presence within the design/construction community
