Customer Sales Representatives (100% Remote)

Outbound Customer Sales Representative for My Derma Dream. This is a full-time, remote position based on US EST hours where you will be responsible for outbound sales activities in a fast-paced, performance-driven, commission-only environment. Key responsibilities

Make 170–200 outbound calls per day

Sell products ranging from $300–$8,000Generate sales with an average order value of approximately $1,000Work 6 days per week, 10–12-hour workdays, including two 1-hour breaks and two 15-minute breaks

• Work exclusively with My Derma Dream
• Begin taking calls as early as Day 1About you
• Strong experience in BPO, customer service, outbound sales, telesales, phone sales, appointment setting, upselling, or customer retention is highly preferred
• Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet, headset, webcam, and quiet workspace required
• Comfortable with 100% commission-only compensation with no base salary or guaranteed monthly income
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
