About the role
The IT Staff is responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage IT support tickets
- Assist with setup/configuration of equipment2. System & Network Maintenance
- Monitor servers, workstations, and network devices
- Perform updates, backups, and security checks
- Ensure system availability and performance3. Hardware & Software Management
- Install and update PCs, printers, peripherals, and applications
- Manage software licenses and compliance4. Security Management
- Implement IT security measures
- Monitor threats and respond to incidents
- Support enforcement of security policies5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain IT asset records
- Document procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Prepare performance and incident reports6. Project & Vendor Support
- Assist with upgrades and new implementations
- Collaborate on IT projects
- Coordinate with vendors for products/servicesTraining & Guidance
- Provide user training and manuals
- Support best practices in IT usage
- QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science preferred
Certifications (Comp
- TIA A+, Network+) a plus
- Experience in IT support or technical role
