Social Media Content Creator

BOB Performance & Accessories Inc is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Santa Maria, Bulacan, PH. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing engaging social media content that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness across digital platforms. You will play a crucial part in building and maintaining BOB's online presence, ensuring our brand message is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Edit videos and graphics using industry-standard design software.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products, events, and campaigns.
• Assist during product launches, company events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media best practices is an advantage.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Passion for motorcycles, automotive, or motorsports is an advantage.
