Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Literature, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, creative communications, or a related role, preferably in an in-house or creative agency environment.
• Experience in financial services, banking, telecommunications, fintech, retail, technology, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience creating visual content for digital, print, and motion platforms.
• Proficient in graphic design and multimedia tools used for creating, editing, and producing visual content.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, creative processes, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to translate communication objectives and briefs into clear and engaging creative outputs.
• Experience developing marketing and corporate communications while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with communication standards.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and creative partners.
• Portfolio is required and should demonstrate relevant work in graphic design, multimedia, branding, and/or communications.

Job Description

• Develop creative visual and written content for internal and external communications across social media, websites, email, digital campaigns, online advertisements, videos, OOH, and in-store materials.
• Create digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website assets, and marketing collaterals.
• Interpret creative and communication briefs and translate them into appropriate concepts, execution plans, and campaign outputs.
• Develop creative ideas and visual solutions that support marketing initiatives, product launches, and digital and offline campaigns.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media, email, websites, online advertisements, videos, OOH, in-store materials, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, creative teammates, and stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with the brand voice, campaign objectives, and communication requirements.
• Research industry trends, target audiences, competitors, and emerging digital marketing practices to support creative and content strategies.
• Apply SEO and other digital marketing best practices to improve the visibility, reach, and engagement of online content.
• Edit and proofread creative materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and proper brand alignment.
• Ensure consistent use of brand elements and communication standards across all visual and written materials.
• Help develop, improve, and maintain a brand playbook that can serve as a practical reference for different business units.
• Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing practices, creative tools, and industry developments to continuously improve content and campaign execution.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
