Functional NetSuite Data & Controls Analyst

Job Responsibilities:1 .Perform reconciliations between subledgers and the General Ledger (GL) and investigate and resolve variances.2. Cleanse and govern master data and maintain data governance registers to ensure integrity across the system.3. Monitor data integrity by performing regular validations, exception checks, and system audits.4. Identify recurring user errors and recommend targeted trainings and/or process improvement.5. Build and maintain dashboards, exception reports and data quality KPIs.6. Establish and enforce data control procedures to prevent duplication, unauthorized changes, and data inconsistencies.7. Work with the Operations and IT to meet reporting needs, assist users with customization, and drive processimprovement.8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field

Experience Required

• 2+ years of experience in NetSuite reporting, Suite

Analytics, or business intelligence tools.

• NetSuite Certification (Suite

Foundation, Suite

Analytics) is a plus.

• Experience in financial and operational reporting within a corporate setting.
• Competencies and Skills Required
• Strong expertise in saved searches, financial reports, Suite

Analytics Workbooks, and dashboards.

• Experience with SQL, scripting, and data extraction within NetSuite is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data validation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of ERP integration, data migration, and automation is beneficial.
