Sales Representative - Construction

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, setting appointments, and conducting product or service presentations. This is a field-based position, and the successful candidate should be comfortable traveling to different locations depending on client requirements. The position is not limited to Manila and may require travel to various areas for client meetings, presentations, and other sales-related activities.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop potential clients and business opportunities. Set appointments with prospective and existing clients. Conduct face-to-face meetings, product/service presentations, and sales discussions. Present company products and services professionally and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and potential sales. Travel to different locations as needed for client meetings and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of client requirements. Prepare basic sales reports and provide updates on client activities and prospects. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

About you

Sales experience in the Construction Industry, particularly in Fire Insulation Materials is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in conducting presentations and meeting clients face-to-face. Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork outside Manila when required. Results-oriented and able to work independently. Professional appearance and good customer-service skills. Good negotiation and persuasion skills are an advantage. Able to manage appointments,
