- The Qualifications We Seek3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or people operations
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and ambition in a fast-paced work environment

Your Daily Tasks
Support the interview process through reference checks and employment paperwork administration
Manage National Police Clearances, DHS clearances such as Working with Children Checks, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance renewals, and Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff files
- Maintain staff training records
- Prepare confidential correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
- Assist with audit preparation as required
- Support day-to-day administrative duties across the office
- Liaise professionally with clients, employees, and candidates as a representative of the organization
- Assist office personnel as required
- Prepare reports and support data collation
- Maintain staff information within internal databases and allocation systems
- Answer telephone calls and manage enquiries professionally
- Assist with office procedures
- Manage email communications
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Implement continuous improvement processes in line with organizational directives
- Perform other duties as defined by the Manager
