Accounting Analyst

Work base: Compostela, Cebu

Responsibilities: Timely and accurate inventory of Finished Goods Inventory for manufacturing in the Plant and other areas. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to manufactured inventory. Information and Records management. Continuously seek opportunities to improve inventory-related processes. Timely and accurate monitoring and accounting of non-trade inventories. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to non-trade inventory. Manage and documenting the Plant Revolving Fund (RF) transactions. Ensure proper inventory reconciliation, records management, and compliance with company policies and controls. Continuously seek opportunities to improve inventory and cashiering processes. Timely and accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of Plant Fixed Assets. Ensure proper valuation and documentation of fixed assets. Monitor and control asset movements and transfers. Maintain accurate asset records and support financial and inventory reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any Accounting related course. Work experience in general accounting or in the related field is an advantage. Can work with less supervision; With good interpersonal skills; Excellent in oral and written communication; With good scholastic record; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
