About the role
Job Overview: Are you an experienced HR and Administrative Officer ready to manage key people processes and daily office operations? Our client is seeking a professional to handle day-to-day human resources and administrative needs, including applicant screening, interview scheduling, employee records maintenance, and onboarding or offboarding. You will ensure compliance with labor policies, track attendance and leave, and coordinate office supplies and vendors. If you have the skills to drive daily office operations while keeping human resources running smoothly, this dual support role is for you! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PHT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
- Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Screen applicants: review resumes/CVs against job requirements, conduct initial phone/video screening, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Prepare and manage interview

- s: coordinate interview slots with hiring managers and candidates, send invites/reminders, and handle rescheduling as needed
- Maintain and update employee 201 files/records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Track attendance, leave balances, and time-off requests
- Assist with onboarding new hires (documentation, orientation, equipment setup)
- Support offboarding processes (clearance, exit documentation)
- Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Requirements: Prior HR or admin support role (BPO, corporate, or SME environment)
- Recruitment coordination or candidate screening experience
- Experience with employee records/documentation management
- Proficiency in MS Office/Teams (Word, Excel/Sheets, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Work Location & Arrangement: Alabang, Muntinlupa
- On-site; remote work may be arranged depending on performance and management approval
