About the Role

You will teach English Language Arts—including reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening—to a regular roster of Grades 3–8 US students. Our teaching approach emphasizes guided discovery. Instead of immediately giving an answer, you use questions, prompts, and appropriate wait time to help the student arrive at it independently. HMOMinimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with the original diploma120-hour TESOL or TEFL certification
• At least two years of experience teaching children
• Demonstrated online teaching experience
• Clear, confident, highly intelligible spoken English suitable for US learners
• NBI clearance or willingness to obtain one immediately
• Philippine bank account
• A Philippine professional teaching license and prior experience teaching US students online are strongly preferred. Work-From-Home Requirements
