ADS SPECIALIST

TEVIANT is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Ads Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital advertising strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness. As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimising and analysing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role is essential to our marketing efforts and will directly impact our ability to reach and engage target audiences effectively. What you'll be doing

• Creating, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels
• Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing advertising opportunities
• Monitoring campaign performance metrics, analysing data and generating detailed reports on ROI, conversion rates and other key performance indicators
• Optimising ad copy, landing pages and targeting parameters to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce cost per acquisition
• Managing advertising budgets efficiently, allocating resources strategically across campaigns to maximise return on investment
• Conducting A/B testing on advertisements to determine which creative elements and messaging resonate best with audiences
• Staying updated on changes to advertising platforms, algorithms and industry best practices
• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure advertising initiatives align with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives
• Providing recommendations and insights to support strategic marketing decisions based on campaign performance data

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 2+ years working as an Ads Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role managing paid advertising campaigns
• Demonstrable expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other major advertising platforms
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including search engine marketing, display advertising and social media advertising
• Solid understanding of conversion optimisation, customer journey mapping and marketing funnel principles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Strong organisational and project management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with marketing automation tools is advantageous
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing certifications is preferred
• A results-driven mindset with keen attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
