Remuneration: Excellent remuneration incl. monthly basic salary, government-mandated benefits, plus HMO from Day one for you and up to two dependents. Location: 100% remote/work-from-home (WFH). However, candidates must reside within Greater Metro Manila and be available to attend the annual team Christmas party and other occasional company social events. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing television content, primarily focused on creating engaging, story-driven episodes featuring presenter-led dialogue and unscripted interactions. You will work closely with producers to shape raw footage into polished broadcast-ready content while maintaining the tone, pacing, and narrative objectives of each programme.

What You'll Do

Follow a predesigned format of the assigned TV project. Edit dialogue and interactions between presenters. Create clear, engaging, and compelling stories from raw footage. Select the strongest takes, reactions, and moments to support the narrative. Use B-roll, cutaways, and other supporting footage to create seamless edits. Maintain natural pacing, flow, and conversational authenticity. Add music and basic sound design elements to enhance storytelling. Perform basic audio mixing and colour correction. Incorporate feedback and revisions from producers and other stakeholders. Keep Final Cut Pro libraries, projects, and media assets organised and compliant with team workflows. Meet production

Once you demonstrate that you can successfully follow predesigned formats you will be given the opportunity to have more creative input. Producers have confidence in your ability to make strong editorial decisions independently. You consistently communicate progress, challenges, and timelines proactively. Your work contributes to compelling content that keeps audiences engaged from start to finish.

What You'll Bring

A high level of fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience communicating and collaborating with native English speakers. At least 6 months experience professional experience using Final Cut Pro. Strong storytelling instincts, with an excellent sense of timing and pacing. The ability to shape engaging narratives from unscripted footage. Excellent attention to detail, continuity, and editorial accuracy. Strong organisational skills and file management practices. The ability to interpret creative briefs and implement producer feedback effectively. Consistent communication skills and dependable turnaround times. The ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative and responsive. Previous experience editing television, reality, lifestyle, documentary, or unscripted content will be highly regarded. Further Information

You will need a Mac and Final Cut Pro at home to be able to complete a take home and live assessment. This role is not for freelancers but those only seeking full-time employment.
