IT Support & Asset

We are looking for an IT Support Management Specialist who will provide technical assistance to employees while managing and maintaining the company's IT equipment and assets. The role will ensure that hardware, software, and other IT resources are properly tracked, maintained, and utilized. Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Manage the issuance, return, transfer, and replacement of company IT assets
• Maintain an accurate and updated IT asset inventory and records
• Monitor the condition, location, assignment, and status of company-owned IT equipment
• Conduct regular physical inventory and asset audits
• Prepare and maintain IT asset accountability forms and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, replacements, and IT-related purchases
• Assist in the setup and configuration of devices for new hires and employees

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT concerns efficiently
