Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from gathering user feedback and discovery to solution design, development, and launch.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to identify and validate product needs using data and analytics.
• Define product vision, features, and requirements; own and prioritize the product backlog with key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive execution through clear priorities, milestones, progress tracking, and rapid iterations.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Establish and improve development, problem management, and release processes.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement; mentor team members and support their professional growth.

Job Specifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Candidates from related fields, such as Project Management, Software Development, QA, or UX/UI Design, may also be considered for a transition into Product Management.
• Experience with software products and projects, including guiding development teams and contributing to system architecture, design, deployment, monitoring, performance, and stability.
• Demonstrated experience managing products from concept to delivery and continuous improvement, preferably with 2+ years of experience in online retail or eCommerce projects.
• Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to understand architecture decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scrum framework best practices.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and makes effective scope trade-offs while maintaining desired outcomes.
• Demonstrates strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; fluent in English.
• Promotes collaborative decision-making, challenges assumptions, builds team consensus, and drives execution.
• Identifies market opportunities, develops business cases, and defines product vision and strategy.
• Understands global eCommerce markets, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
