HR Coordinator

About the role

As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the human resources functions for our dynamic organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across our Bacoor City Cavite office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our HR practices and drive positive change within the company. What you'll be doing

• Supervising and developing a team of HR coordinators and specialists to deliver exceptional HR services
• Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Administering employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related programmes
• Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations
• Identifying and implementing HR best practices to enhance the overall employee experience
• Collaborating with the HR Manager to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and generating HR reports to inform decision-making

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of HR supervisory experience, preferably within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing and empowering HR professionals
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the Philippine context
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
