About the role
Graduates of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology. At least 6 months experience in volume hiring or operator hiring is an advantage. Knowledge of recruitment processes and employment documentation. Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willing to be assigned in Los Baños Satellite Office.
