Clinical Instructor

Healthcare and Technology Institute Inc. (HCT Academy) is looking for a Clinical Instructor to help deliver high-quality simulation-based, skills-based, and technology-enabled healthcare education.

In this role, you will support learning experiences for nursing and healthcare learners across classroom, laboratory, virtual, hospital, and community-based settings. You will help facilitate sessions, prepare simulation environments, support learner assessment and debriefing, maintain training records, and contribute to academic and instructional development initiatives.

What you will do

• Facilitate simulation-based and skills-based sessions
• Guide learners during demonstrations, return demonstrations, case discussions, and

simulation activities

• Prepare simulation rooms, equipment, task trainers, and instructional materials
• Support feedback, debriefing, documentation, and learner assessment
• Work with Education Heads and Team Leads on

schedule

s, priorities, and deliverables

• Support partner-based programs and deployment assignments as needed

What we are looking for

• Active PRC license as a Registered Nurse
• 1-2 years of bedside, hospital, or other relevant clinical experience
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), with the ability to effectively deliver instructions and

facilitate simulation – based learning.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfort with digital learning tools and virtual platforms
• Willingness to travel or be deployed within the Philippines as operationally required

Preferred

• Graduate studies in Nursing or Allied Health, completed or in progress
• Teaching, clinical instruction, lab facilitation, OSCE, or simulation experience
• Familiarity with LMS, virtual learning environments, or simulation systems
• Interest in research and academic development
