Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting materials, products, and design elements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Track project timelines and help resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications:
• Experience in carpets, rugs, or interior design products preferred.
• Contract or hospitality project experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with project management software is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and team player.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for design are welcome to apply.
• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Marketing, Management or any related courses
