Full job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media management, or related roles.
• Proficient in creating engaging, platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms based on marketing campaigns and product priorities.
• Skilled in creating attractive visual content for digital campaigns, product bundles, e-commerce listings, and advertisements using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experienced in managing e-commerce marketplaces, including product uploading, pricing updates, vouchers, product bundles, and listing optimization.
• Confident and experienced in TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook live selling, including product presentation, audience engagement, and affiliate/live selling activities.
• Familiar with affiliate marketing, including affiliate recruitment, coordination, content support, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledgeable in CRM, audience targeting, retargeting, marketing automation, and basic email/messaging campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce practices, social media trends, and online selling strategies.
• Able to analyze campaign and marketplace performance and recommend improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Pleasant personality, confident communication skills, and comfortable appearing and speaking on camera for live selling and promotional activities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
